Franklin Consulting Company was retained to represent a Los Angeles, California based Investment Group to represent it in loan modification negotiations on over 14 properties located throughout the country with 10 different lenders. FCC negotiated on a simultaneous basis with the 10 different lenders including CMBS lenders, Life Insurance Companies, and International Banks to effectuate loan modifications for estate planning and partnership dispute resolution. The successful negotiation permitted the investment group to settle partnership disputes and transfer the equity interests.

Jaffe Law, one of Michigan’s largest law firms, has retained Franklin Consulting Company on behalf of its client, Glesner Trust, to represent it in arbitration proceedings as an expert witness. Franklin Consulting will provide expert witness testimony, litigation support and property valuation in litigation dispute between the Trust and the Investment Fund sponsor involving more than of 12 properties.

Andrew Milia of Franklin Consulting Company was appointed as a receiver by Judge Martha Anderson of the Oakland County Circuit Court to provide receivership services for an office building located in Novi, Michigan. The property is currently under foreclosure proceedings by the owner’s lender, Flagstar Bank. The receiver will provide property management, leasing, accounting and oversight services for the multi-tenant building.

Franklin Consulting Company was retained by a Novi, Michigan investment company to provide consulting services for a portfolio of properties with lending issues. Franklin Consulting successfully negotiated discounted loan payoff agreements on several properties including loans with GE Capital, one of the Nation’s largest real estate lenders. Franklin Consulting has been retained by numerous developer and investor clients to represent them in commercial loan modifications on properties throughout the United States with CMBS, Life Insurance Companies and National Banks.

Andrew Milia was retained as an expert witness by two prominent Michigan Law firms, Morganroth and Morganroth and Sullivan Ward for a bankruptcy case in the Eastern District of Michigan, United States Bankruptcy Court. The legal team, representing the defendant in the case, was victorious in the verdict. The expert witness assignment included the research, analysis and federal court testimony of a partnership real estate dispute involving multiple development projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate value.
