Hunter Pasteur Homes, a Farmington Hills, Michigan building company retained Franklin Construction to entitle and develop the Stonegate South Subdivision in Orion Township, Michigan. Franklin Construction will provide financial analysis, due diligence investigation, pre-engineering and construction management services to entitle and develop the 115 lot subdivision. North Carolina Development Company Retains Franklin Consulting
Franklin Consulting Company was retained by Coastal Ventures, LLC to handle the sale of Eastfield Commons, a Charlotte, North Carolina residential subdivision built during the national housing recession. Franklin Consulting was retained to market, negotiate and facilitate the sale, on behalf of the owner, to national homebuilding companies. The property was ultimately sold to D.R. Horton, the nation’s largest homebuilding company.

Franklin Construction Company was retained by Hunter Pasteur Homes to develop Stoneleigh, a 70 lot subdivision in Lyon Township. Franklin Construction will provide technical assistance in the due diligence phases including wetland delineation, geotechnical investigation, value engineering as well as site plan approval and construction management services. The first phase is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2013 and will feature homes in the $400,000 plus price range. Total home construction will be in excess of $30,000,000.
