Franklin Construction Company to Develop New Subdivision For Builder In Orion Township

Hunter Pasteur Homes, a Farmington Hills, Michigan building company retained Franklin Construction to entitle and develop the Stonegate South Subdivision in Orion Township, Michigan. Franklin Construction will provide financial analysis, due diligence investigation, pre-engineering and construction management services to entitle and develop the 115 lot subdivision. Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2013.
