Franklin Consulting Company was retained by Bayfront Builders of Watford City, North Dakota to provide development consulting services for its new Pheasant Ridge Subdivision. In its role, Franklin Consulting will provide strategic consulting for various land development matters including the negotiation with City officials on a development agreement, utility infrastructure payback agreement and other requisite construction issues. Watford City is one of the Nation’s fastest growing communities as a result of the Bakken Shale Play in this region.
