ANDREW MILIA
Andrew Milia, President of Franklin Property Corporation, has over 38 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. He has been active as a principal in over $500 million of real estate investments and additionally has been involved as a consultant for real estate transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion. His expertise extends to the fields of development, finance, construction, management and leasing of commercial, office, industrial and residential properties. Mr. Milia has also been retained by some of the state’s largest law firms to provide expert witness testimony and litigation support. He has also been a court-appointed receiver for complex real estate matters.
Mr. Milia holds a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Administration and has been a past adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the University of Michigan. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA) and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). Mr. Milia has also served on a number of boards of charitable organizations in the metropolitan Detroit area.

FRANKLIN FOREST
Franklin, Michigan - Residential
Developed in a series of upscale residential infill neighborhoods in the Village of Franklin, Franklin Forest was acquired and developed in 1997. Featuring custom homes in the million-dollar price range, Franklin Forest was the first community to be developed under the Village’s PUD cluster ordinance, and the largest development within the Village during the previous twenty-five years. FPC developed the site and sold the lots to a premier homebuilding company.
