Franklin Construction Company, LLC has been awarded the demolition contract for the Northville Downs site. The scope of work includes the demolition of more than 25 buildings across 48 acres, clearing the way for the future Downs Development – a $350 million project by Hunter Pasteur Homes featuring single family, multi family and mixed use buildings – including the daylighting of the buried Rogue River.
