Franklin Consulting Company Appointed As Receiver
Andrew Milia of Franklin Consulting Company was appointed as a receiver by Judge Martha Anderson of the Oakland County Circuit Court to provide receivership services for an office building located in Novi, Michigan. The property is currently under foreclosure proceedings by the owner’s lender, Flagstar Bank. The receiver will provide property management, leasing, accounting and oversight services for the multi-tenant building.

Andrew Milia was retained as an expert witness by two prominent Michigan Law firms, Morganroth and Morganroth and Sullivan Ward for a bankruptcy case in the Eastern District of Michigan, United States Bankruptcy Court. The legal team, representing the defendant in the case, was victorious in the verdict. The expert witness assignment included the research, analysis and federal court testimony of a partnership real estate dispute involving multiple development projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate value.
